What is namekit?

namekit is a free collection of AI-powered naming tools built specifically for developers, indie hackers, and founders. We know how much time goes into picking the right name — it has to work as a domain, a GitHub slug, an npm package, and a brand. We built namekit to make that faster.

How it works

Every generator is powered by Google's Gemini 1.5 Flash model. We've crafted specific prompts for each use case so the output is practical — not generic. Results include a short rationale so you understand why each suggestion works, not just what it is.

Who built this?

namekit is an indie project. We built it because we kept hitting the same wall — great ideas, terrible time spent on naming. All tools are free to use. No account required. No rate limits (within reason).
