Who operates NameKit

Generator inputs

When you use a generator, the text you enter into the form fields — your description, keywords, audience, industry, or style preferences — is transmitted to the Google Gemini API to produce results. NameKit does not intentionally save generator inputs in an application database. Please do not enter passwords, financial details, private keys, health information, confidential business information, or other sensitive personal information into any generator field. Once your input reaches Google, it is processed under Google's own privacy terms, which NameKit does not control.

Technical and security data

Like most websites, NameKit's hosting infrastructure may process technical data as part of serving requests — for example, IP addresses, browser and user-agent information, request timestamps, requested URLs, and error or security logs. This data may be retained for security, reliability, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting purposes. NameKit does not commit to a fixed retention period for this data, as it is largely governed by the hosting provider's own systems.

Advertising and Google AdSense

NameKit contains Google AdSense technology and may display advertisements once approved. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, limit, measure, and personalize ads on NameKit. Google advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to NameKit and other websites. Depending on your location, consent choices, and settings, ads shown may be personalized or non-personalized. Google and its partners may process information such as your IP address, browser or device information, ad interactions, and cookie or advertising identifiers in connection with serving ads.

Consent

Depending on your location, Google's consent tools may present choices about cookies and personalized advertising. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, applicable consent choices are required before personalized advertising and certain uses of cookies or personal data. You can use any consent message displayed on NameKit to manage the available choices. You can also manage Google ad personalization through Google My Ad Center. Analytics

NameKit does not currently use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or any other analytics or tracking platform. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is used and how.

Data retention

Retention differs by system. NameKit's own application storage does not intentionally retain generator inputs. Hosting infrastructure logs (IP addresses, request metadata, error logs) may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes for as long as their systems require. Data sent to Google Gemini for generating results is processed and retained according to Google's own policies, not NameKit's. Advertising data collected by Google and its partners through AdSense is likewise governed by Google's own retention practices.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict how your personal data is processed, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Children's privacy

NameKit is not directed at children and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the service, its advertising setup, or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change whenever a material revision is made.
